Mediation Services

Conflict is a normal part of everyday life. In every relationship-- from landlord/tenant to neighbors to best friends—there comes a point where difference of opinions and values is sure to arise. Sometimes, when directly involved in a conflict, we get stuck in our ability to negotiate these challenges and the aid of a trained mediator is just what is needed to navigate the relationship in a direction of validation and fulfillment for everyone involved.

Mediation aims to help disputants understand what it is that they both want. Whether it be surrounding financial matters, the values and expectations attached to such agreements, or personal disagreements, a non-biased, third party can often effectively facilitate a dispute and help all parties find common ground and effectively move forward toward agreement.

Mediation is a process by which both person’s perspectives are explored and valued, and by which ideas and options are created so that both parties can walk away feeling they received a fair hearing, and co-created satisfying solutions to the dilemmas at hand.

Pacific Pride Mediation Services are available on an affordable, sliding fee scale based on income and number of dependents.
