Thoughts from the Executive Director's
Desk
Hello
Friends and Colleagues,
Wow!! Pride is here - Saturday July 11th at Chase Palm Park!
Please come, relax, meet new friends, old friends, fall in love, lay
down on the grass and listen to all day stage performances - umbrella
might help.
The Pride Committee has done a wonderful job their 3rd year with
creating Santa Barbara County's largest LGBT event. Booths, food,
beverage, merchandise, music, stage acts, shows, pre-parties,
after-parties are all in the works. From L.A. we have 80's pop star
Tiffany performing and singing - HUGE. The hot ticket this year is
'Splash', the After-Pride Festival Party Saturday night at SoHo
Nightclub. Thursday's Girl Party-'Stiletto' promises to be a packed
house reclaiming last year's energy with an 09 edge. Go to our event website for complete
listings.
Enjoy the best in our community and we look forward to seeing you at
all these events and remember the Canary Hotel Rooftop kicking it all
off on Wednesday July 8thh.
See you 'Out',
David Selberg
